Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions to confidently assist customers.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
• A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
