With the increase in demand for home working alongside staff being re-introduced into office workspaces there has been major growth with our in this sector.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. As part of our Sales Team you will be responsible for providing support to the Sales Manager. You will need to be comfortable with dealing directly with customers, be highly organised and you will need to have excellent customer service skills. A big part of the role will involve assisting to coordinate and monitor our online presence to enhance sales and increase revenue in-line with our business objectives, so an interest in this is important. You will be posting adverts and answering messages via social media.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Providing exceptional customer service experience
· Providing sales support to the Sales Manager
· Assist in the increase of revenue through the various channels
· Day-to-day tasks; sales order processing, answering emails, maintaining accurate records, dealing with customers in the showroom, etc.
· Identify lead generation opportunities on social media, including Facebook, Twitter and Linked In
· Assist in the coordination of the sales and marketing activity through all online advertising sales channels such as e Bay, Shpock etc
· Ensuring all necessary documentation (delivery notes etc) are accurate.
· Additional duties & responsibilities may be required in this role.

• Support the Sales Manager with all day-to-day administrative tasks of end to end sales; processing orders, filing, answering emails, maintaining accurate records, etc.
• Assist in the coordination of the sales and marketing activity through all online advertising sales channels such as Facebook, e Bay, Shpock etc.
• Point of contact for all customer enquires in the Sales Manager’s absence.
• Dealing with any customer queries in an efficient manner.
• Ensuring all necessary documentation (delivery notes etc) are accurate.
• Ensuring the showroom and stock are kept clean and tidy.
• Additional duties & responsibilities may be required in this role.

Role will include face to face sales and one 5 hour Saturday shift every 3 weeks.
