Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively communicating our product offerings. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties
The post-holder’s responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons for whom they are responsible, or with whom they come into contact, will be to adhere to and ensure compliance with the School’s Safeguarding (Child Protection) Policy at all times. If in the course of carrying out the duties of the post the post-holder becomes aware of any actual or potential risks to the safety or welfare of the children in the School they must report any concerns to the School’s Designated Safeguarding Lead or to the Headmaster.

Duties
- Liasing with prospective parents and guiding them through the admissions process, answering queries, providing tours, interviews and information and assisting with their application.
- Establish good relationships with overseas parents and agents.
- Support the registrar in organising students correctly and advising on Visa Requirements.
- Collating letters to feeder schools, agents and parents.
- Continually update the pupil database to reflect the current status of students and prospective students.
- Oversee the first few days following a Students arrival, to ensure they settle in well.
- Work towards admissions sales deadlines, meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ensuring the correct paperwork and visas are in place for students.
- Maintain accurate records of any scholarships or bursaries.
- Maintain an up to date database of agents for recruitment, keeping regular contact.
- Be aware of availability in form groups and boarding to advise parents.
- Be on hand to deal with any queries or issues from parents or agents, offering a 24-hour contact service, to meet any time differences.
- Market the school in designated countries, continually promoting the Buckswood Difference, attracting new international customers.
- Handle all queries from prospective overseas families, in your designated countries.
- Regularly liaise with academic and administrative staff, providing information to the appropriate departments.
- Research potential marketing avenues and implement strategies.
- Supporting parents with the completion of required forms, and ensure all required information is provided prior to starting.
- Arrange prospective parent tours and organise meetings with the Headmaster and appropriate staff.
- Ensure parental feedback is acted upon in a timely matter.
- Be a first point of contact for students, dealing with issues and helping to overcome any language barriers they may face.
- Plan productive trips to international locales with a potential market.
- Attend educational events and fairs.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills in at least 2 language (one being English), enabling effective interaction with diverse clients.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all client information is accurately recorded and followed up on.
- A positive attitude and resilience in facing challenges within a competitive sales environment.
