Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed the company's revenue targets.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
-Identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure customer needs are met.
-Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to the team.
-Utilize CRM systems to manage client data, sales activities, and pipelines.
-Stay updated on the company’s product lines
Qualifications & Experience:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
-Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
-Strong understanding of the market and key sales techniques.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
