We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join our team in our Harrogate office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing close contact with those wishing to buy a property and vendors who want to sell their property, and provide an excellent customer service experience for both potential purchasers' and existing clients'.
As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for registering new sellers and purchaser details and assessing their needs, assisting in marketing and advertising any properties, dealing with phone and email queries, liaising with all interested parties, negotiate and agree offers to sale agreed, progress sales through to exchange of contracts and completion, and keep administration records updated.
We encourage those with experience in sales and/or property industries to consider this position as a great development opportunity for someone who has not worked in the industry long or possibly is considering working in residential sales. We are looking for a candidate who has excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing good customer service. This role would benefit Residential Sales experience but not essential. If applying for this role, you should have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle as you may be required to conduct accompanied viewings.
