We are looking for an outstanding Sales Supervisor to join our BAPE team at our London Flagship store in Mayfair.
BAPE is a leading premium streetwear brand that offers iconic designs and original patterns such as "BAPE® CAMO", "BAPE STA™", "SHARK HOODIE" and "BABY MILO®". As a member of the BAPE retail team, you will serve as an ambassador of the BAPE brand and help us keep our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and brand experience at our retail stores.
Responsibilities

• Responsible for all store opening and closing duties including reporting to management and deposit preparation
• Assist the ASM to prepare daily, weekly reports and conduct the bi-weekly meeting Stock team members
• Support the retail management team to drive sales and profitability as well as delivering exceptional customer brand service
• Coach and motivate team to maintain the back of house operations, including delivery arrangement, stockroom maintenance and assist the stock count when necessary
• Perform all cashier duties and monitor accuracy of cashier staff
• Complete daily checklist tasks and store operational requirements by scheduling and delegating team tasks, follow up on work results
• Understand and achieve store KPI’s, analyze sales figures and overall store performance, suggest new initiatives for improvement
• Ensure operational policies and procedures are respected, using initiative to coordinate and enforce programs where appropriate
• Manage and ensure availability of stock, monitoring stock levels, make key decisions regarding stock control
• Review and analyze existing and upcoming stock and work closely with ASM to provide the action plan to maximize the store performance
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the fashion retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
• Consistently manage housekeeping, shop floor cleanliness and visual standards, ensure team effort is implemented in meeting company standards
• Compiling staff rotas, dealing with leave requests and arranging cover when necessary
• Frequently required to stand. May be required to crouch, kneel, lift and/or move up to 50lbs, climb ladders as needed

Personal qualities & qualifications

• Sufficient, previous experience in fashion retail within a supervisory position
• Proven record of good leadership skills and experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities
• Solid understanding of retail math (including, but not limited to analyzing sell through, mark-up, gross margin etc.)
• Exemplary customer service skills and good record of meeting sales KPI’s
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Team player and committed to contributing towards a positive work environment and culture
• Consistently punctual and reliable
• Able to be flexible with work schedule (expected to work weekends and evenings)
