Obicà Mozzarella Bar is looking for dedicated Waiter/Waitress
Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a high volume and fast paced.
We are ideally looking for candidates who:

• Constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve. Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy.
• Have expert knowledge of the food and wine that we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest seasonal menu's to drive sales.
• Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently.
• Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand.
• Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain our standards at all times, keeping our restaurant and adjoining areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Attending regular briefing with restaurant and kitchen managers to find out about menu changes and menu specials
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Can do attitude
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
