What does a Butchies Shift Manager do?

• Prepare our award winning chicken fresh, in house, daily.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to recreate the fun, street food scene that Butchies started in, through providing great customer service.
• Support the General Manager by maintaining a safe and positive working environment.
• Ensure that only the best quality food leaves our kitchen.
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
• Support the training and development of crew members.
• Communicating clearly with both the crew and the management team.
• Leading by example and ensuring that food safety and health and safety policies are followed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
