We currently have an opportunity for a Site Services Operative at our manufacturing site in East Yorkshire. The main purpose of this role is to support site operations to ensure safe and reliable operations 24/5. This includes but is not limited to:

• Routine inspections following the SAP Maintenance schedule for the sites safety critical systems, machinery & facility across site.
• Undertaking general maintenance and repairs across the site
• Control of contractors coming to site for Maintenance activities and site services
• Permit to work responsibility (Permit acceptor) for any work requiring a permit

Essentials:

• You will be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, you will be able to identify problems quickly.
• You should be computer literate with high work standards and must demonstrate that you can work flexibly, organising your workload as the situation dictates.

Desirables:

• You will ideally have a forklift truck license
• You will have some experience of working on a upper tier site.
