Role Overview:

• Entry-Level. No previous technology experience required.
• 4-year development plan with two distinct pathways (configuration & development).
• Full Time (Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 17:30). No lates or weekends required.
• On-Site

Essential Criteria:

• A demonstrated interest in technology.
• Some work experience (does not have to be related).
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Punctual and reliable.
• A self-starter with great initiative.
• Maths and English GCSE

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Qualifications in relevant fields.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills.

Please note: we are looking for candidates currently living in the Torfaen/ Gwent area.
