THE ROLE:
This role supports the Store Management and team, in the achievement of the store's goals, by providing inventory control, back-of-house maintenance and related housekeeping activities. The Stock Room controller is a key member of the store team and must be a professional detail-oriented person with a sense of urgency and motivation.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUED:
The person is responsible for:

• Processing deliveries/ transfers / return of stock
• Performing daily stock counts and brand checks
• Performing stock takes
• Maintaining database, and reconciling actual stock count with systems
• Maintaining the stockroom areas in a neat and orderly manner, and in keeping with the Company's Operational and Safety policies

Ideal candidates will have:
· Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store
· Excellent communication skills, in order to establish and coach high performing team. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
· Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
· A positive can-do attitude, with contagious enthusiasm
· Ability to embrace new technology and change with high level of accuracy
