What is the role?
Team Member. At Eurotunnel, we operate a fantastic first class lounge called Flexiplus for our premium ticket guests travelling through Eurotunnel. This role involves greeting the customers as they walk in to the lounge, updating them on the next available train departures, ensuring the lounge is fully stocked and presentable at all times and making sure our guests needs are met. Our guests expect our team to be well presented, articulate and have the confidence to deliver the highest levels of customer service. This is currently a fixed term position for the Christmas holidays.
All we ask is that you can:
· Provide 5 years’ worth of UK address history
· Valid, in-date passport or Driving licence with an original birth certificate
