Substation is an Indoor bouldering wall, café and fitness studio in Macclesfield. We are innovative, inclusive, customer-centric, and our goal is to offer a community focused centre; where people can enjoy a coffee, climb and other wellness activities.
We are looking for a team member to join our passionate and welcoming team here in Macclesfield.
The position starts on a zero-hour contract with the potential to move into a contracted position.
Substation offers growth opportunities to develop your role within the business.
This is a customer facing role working on the desk, coaching our range of clubs and communicating with customers in the centre.
An interest in working with children in a coaching setting is a requirement for this role.
Climbing coach experience isn’t required, as training will be provided.
Ideally candidates will have at least 1 year experience in hospitality and/or customer service.
