Telephone Answering Specialist (Fully Remote)

The role:
Your life at Bizik will begin a training program, where we dedicate time to you on how to use our bespoke internal systems and support you on how to handle the variety of enquiries and interactions that you will be presented with across a range of business sectors such as Legal, Technological & Automotive. You will then soon become an integral part of the customer-facing team by acting as a point of contact for our clients’ callers, proactively answering their queries and accurately relaying messages within our system.
About you:
Although we absolutely welcome call taking experience, it is not necessarily required! As an individual you will need to have the ability to effectively deal with the high demand of calls, which at times can feel quite challenging, as well as the resilience and composure to display the needed compassion and empathy the call may entail. One thing is for certain though, providing assistance for a variety of customers across a wide range of industries does mean each day will bring its own exciting & unique challenges!
You will also require:
  • A confident telephone manner with good interpersonal skills
  • Deliver excellent customer service through active listening & relaying accurate messages
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer and data entry skills [don’t worry, nothing too ‘tech savvy’]
What you’ll receive:
  • Permanent contract
  • Starting salary £23,950, rising to £24,450 after 6 months in the role
  • 25 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays

Working hours: 37.5 hours to be worked on a shift basis between the hours 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
