We are looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced System Administrator for our office in West Byfleet to manage, maintain and optimize the Templa CMS platform. This role requires a technical expert who is well-versed in the architecture, functionalities and configuration of Templa CMS.
You will be responsible for the smooth operation of CMS, managing and troubleshooting content data and workflows, onboarding new clients, and supporting end-users in their interaction with the platform.
Responsibilities

• System management and maintenance, managing users, monitoring session usage, licence availability and managing Time Gate.
• Provide support to internal teams and developing and delivering training materials and sessions.
• Content workflow management including managing user roles and permissions and overseeing content updates.
• Collaborating with web developers and IT teams to customise and enhance CMS functionality and integrating Templa CMS with third-party services or internal systems.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a System Administrator with expertise in Templa CMS (or similar content management systems).
• Strong working knowledge of CMS architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
