A fantastic opportunity for multi skilled tradesmen located in the Midlands/Birmingham area to work for a growing construction and maintenance company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various trades such as fabricating, electrical work, painting, carpentry, plumbing etc. The role requires proficiency in both hand tools and power tools.
As a multi skilled tradesperson, you will be expected to carry out all aspects of domestic/commercial building work and property maintenance, and complete any in house training requirements.
Candidates must have the necessary tradesperson skills, and experience, be motivated to work independently and as part of a team. The ability to achieve set targets and work goals right deadlines is also essential.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience
Skilled across multiple trades
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
RTW in the UK
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skilled tasks in the construction and maintenance of buildings
- Utilise hand tools for precision work
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Tradesman or similar role
- Competence in working with hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
