About the role:
The bakery is looking for a passionate baker who is happy to work in a commercial environment, particularly with sour dough.
An all-rounder who is reliable in following procedures and recipes in bulk, confident with mixing, scaling, baking & using commercial machinery & hand shaping doughs.
An added advantage will be:
Expertise on large scale sourdough production and various types of Polish breads.
Experience working within a commercial bakery.
A passion for good food and quality produce.
