Twilight Care Assistant
At Black Swan Care Group, we are currently looking for a twilight care assistant to work in one of our residential care facilities, The Beeches on a part time, 18 hour permanent contract, £12.90 per hour.
We are working on a week one, week two rota, the shift pattern is as followed;
Week 1- Monday and Thursday 18:00- midnight
Week 2- Mon, Tues ,Sat, and Sunday 18:00-midnight
The Beeches is a Care Home in East Harling, providing care to the elderly and those living with Dementia. The Beeches stand in 2 acres of land which was originally a rectory. The Beeches has successfully maintained its “Outstanding Overall” rating from the CQC, which makes it among the top 4% in the country.

Responsibilities of a Care Assistant:

• Support the physical and emotional needs of our residents and their general day to day activities around the home, improving and making a difference to their everyday lives.
• Assist residents with their personal care, including washing, lifting/hoisting, bathing and toileting.

• Caring personality and caring nature
