Farlam Hall are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to improve their guest service offering. The hotels restaurant has received its 1st Michelin Star as well as the Foodie Hotel of the Year award from the Sunday Times.

The team is friendly, ambitious and progressive led by Chef Patron, Hrishikesh Desai who has enjoyed the glory of Michelin Stars, AA rosettes as well as winning the prestigious Roux Scholarship and National Chef of the Year competition. George Furis and Alex Gauterau are 2 professionals who will support you in your career progression
We use freshest of the local produce from our select chosen suppliers who are very proud to work with us. We are also blessed with a small kitchen garden, beehive and a herb park. The style of food is very modern based on classic cuisine with a twist of modern gastronomy as well as a mix of world cuisine. This ensures our credentials and commitment towards sustainability as well as cutting on the carbon miles as much as possible. Same is applied through out the hotel and restaurant.
The menu is changing on a daily basis which creates an atmosphere where dishes are constantly created and evolved. This also helps the restaurant team to learn more about table service.
