Pay Rate: £11.50 - £13.00 per hour, depending on experience
Contract: Fixed hours, no zero-hour contracts
Start Date: ASAP (Training and uniform provided)
Trial Shift: All successful applicants will be subject to a paid trial shift

Harington's Hotel and Apartments is a boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Bath. With 13 individually decorated hotel rooms and 16 serviced apartments, we’ve been providing guests with a premium and personalised experience for over 20 years. Our serviced apartments range from stylish one bed to spacious four-bedroom apartments/townhouses, perfect for families and long-term stays. Role Overview
We are currently looking for at least two dedicated and experienced Waitress/Housekeepers to join our team. One role will be based Monday to Friday, and the other will be for weekend shifts. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel rooms and apartments, as well as assisting with our breakfast service. We are looking for someone who is passionate about maintaining high standards and who takes pride in their work.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Housekeeping Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and general tidying.
• Clean and service our serviced apartments, ensuring they are presented to a high standard for each guest.
• Ensure bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard, including scrubbing, sanitising surfaces, and replenishing toiletries.
• Sweep, mop, and polish floors in both guest rooms and common areas.
• Handle laundry duties, including collecting dirty linens and delivering clean linens.
• Inspect rooms and apartments after cleaning to ensure they meet our strict quality standards.
• Replenish towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities as needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues in rooms or public areas to management.

Waitressing Responsibilities:

• Assist with breakfast service, including setting up tables, serving guests, and clearing tables after service.
• Ensure that the breakfast area is clean and well-maintained throughout service hours.
• Replenish food and beverages during breakfast service, ensuring guests always have fresh and hot options.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to ensure a positive guest experience during breakfast.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals, maintaining a tidy dining area.
• Communicate any special requests or guest issues to the kitchen or management as needed.
