Web Dispatch Team Assistant
Part Time 24 Hours Per Week Flexible Some Weekends and Bank Holidays.
British Garden Centres are looking for a Web Dispatch Team Assistant to join our team, this is an exciting new role within our website operations
The Web Dispatch Team Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and of signage products. Review and verify all orders before dispatch. Maintain accurate records of all dispatched items, including dates, quantities, and delivery details.
This will require 3 days on-site, no working from home.
Duties will include:

• Picking, packing and dispatching orders.
• Dealing with any online store enquiries from customers. This will be via email and sometimes phone.
• Setting up promotions and multi-buy deals on the e-commerce store.
• Updating stock levels/ availability/ lead times for dropship products.
• Liaise with internal warehouses, suppliers, and buyers to gather information and resolve queries.
• Maintaining an accurate stock file on Fidelity including receipting stock in, transferring, returning etc.
• Supporting with any vital health and safety documentation including daily check sheets where relevant.
• Keeping the site tidy and ensuring stock is stored correctly and coherently.
• Dealing with customer returns.
• Adding products to the online store with correct copy and images.

Skills required:
· Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team.
· Willingness to learn.
· Experience in a Similar role is a bonus but not a requirement
· Computer literate and experience in using systems, not essential but preferred
