We are currently looking for Unlicensed Aircraft Mechanics with at least 4 years of experience from the US Military
Direct-hire long term career opportunity!

Company will pay for all expenses of getting A&P License via crash course training.
Must have an honorable discharge status & at least 4 years of military aircraft experience to qualify.
Become an A&P licensed mechanic in 3 months or less!
Pay starts at $28/hour during training period - once A&P testing is completed payrate increases up to $41/hour based on years of experience
What you need:
- Form 8610 Signed off by a FSDO representative - apply to learn how to obtain this
- Basic understanding of FAA regulations pertaining to FAR Part 145 repair station operations.
- Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Overhaul Manuals, Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, Illustrated Parts Catalogues and Structural Repair Manuals.
- Working knowledge of computer-based applications.
- High school diploma
- Effectively speak, read and write in the English language
- All candidates will begin their onboarding process and training at the CVG facility. A&P Class begins every 6 weeks
- Not everyone is going to line up with their class date, if that's the case you’d remain at CVG, training, working in the hangar until your class starts.
- 30 days of free lodging will be provided while at the CVG location
- Free Airfare and lodging will be provided to/at school.

We are currently seeking an experienced, A&P licensed, Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. We pride ourselves on consistently exceeding our customers’ expectations and creating lifelong relationships with our clientele. The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible to his / her immediate supervisor for the accomplishment of all work assigned in accordance with policies, procedures, requirements, and specifications established by the Company, applicable government agencies, and the manufacturers as contained in the approved technical publications.
Job Duties:
Perform Line maintenance (on-call and scheduled) work on various customers' aircrafts.
Perform routine maintenance and airworthiness releases (within scope of approval) returning aircraft to service.
Responsible for servicing, inspecting, and maintaining aircraft, aircraft engines, and associated components; effectively performs work to meet deadlines and performance goals.
Troubleshoot systems; disassemble, repair, and reassemble sections and components to maintain full functioning equipment according to Approved Technical Data provided by the customer.
Ensure all departing aircraft are safe in accordance with FAR’s and the air carrier/manufacturer manuals and all work performed is properly documented.
Perform line maintenance duties, activities and maintenance tasks as assigned.
Collaborate and communicate with the air carrier’s maintenance control center as required.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have 4+ years of military aviation experience.
Must have an honorable discharge status from the US Military.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to frequently stand, walk, continually utilize hand, and finger dexterity, climb, balance, bend, or crawl, occasionally from heights in precarious places.
Ability to frequently lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds. Have the awareness that he/she will be working near and around moving mechanical parts, around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals and exposure to loud noises.
Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment and read technical information.
Be exposed to weather conditions outside as well as non-weather conditions such as extreme heat or cold.
Must be able to read and write English.
Must pass airport security background checks and travel for work as required.
Must be willing to work flexible shifts to include nights and weekends to meet customer demand.
Preferred Qualifications:
US Military Aircraft Experience
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Customer-facing skills, ability to work with the flight crew and interact in a professional manner.
Independent and self-motivated and have the ability to work without direct supervision.

Pay: $28.00 - $41.00 per hour
