Operating out of Fairview OR, Providers Logistics LLC an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is hiring immediately full-time/ part time Driver positions with a starting wage of $23.25 per hour (with potential room for growth after 90 day probationary period if new hire meets expectations) to deliver Amazon packages. At Providers Logistics, safety is our primary core competency and is part of everything we do.
We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers, customer service-oriented people who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!

- Commercial, DOT, CDL NOT REQUIRED.
- No THC TESTING
- As we grow, supervisory roles will be available.
- Benefits & Scheduling:
- $23.25 - $26 hour (PAID BIWEEKLY)
- 10-hour shifts are typical
- 4-day work week (40 hours) is typical for full time employees but not guaranteed.
- A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break.

- Key Duties & Responsibilities: Successfully handle and
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions.
- Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
- Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
- Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members.
- Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
- Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.
- Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have held state driver’s license for at least 2 years (any state).
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a CLEAN MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT UP TO 7 YEARS PRIOR TO APPLYING (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
- MUST HAVE EXCEPTIONAL ENGLISH SPEAKING AND READING SKILLS.
- Equipment Provided:
- Delivery Vehicle & Gas
- All electric delivery (EDV) vehicles available after training period ends.
- Handheld technology
- Uniforms
- Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment
- HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1 to 2 WEEKS to COMPLETE
- . It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license (Washington)
- Training :
- 4 day training IN HOUSE will be determined on a case by case basis. Training is offered on specific days of the week. We will inform you of those if you are considered for the position.
