Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter who will work closely with the Architectural team on a wide range of projects, communicate with clients, architects and engineers, manage document flow and provide other design support as necessary.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketch-up or similar programs
- Knowledgeable in FBC, ADA regulations, fire code and others
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Positive, organized, and creative strategist
- Knowledge of plans processing and building department activities
- Field measurements and As-Built drawings preparation
- Ability to read and understand construction documents, markups and city remarks
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- Shows initiative in seeking to improve processes
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Fluent in English and Spanish
