• Leveraging their educational and professional background in Procurement, Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales or a related field to perform the Source-to-Contract activities for Waste Management, Industrial Cleaning, Remediation, Facility Management and other services.
• Use their strong negotiation skills in negotiations with suppliers and internal business partners with accountability for awarding and implementing contracts that provide a competitive advantage.
• They will lead and manage the sourcing process (RFI, RFQ, RFP, etc.) and uphold company procurement policies for key strategic reimbursable or fixed price contracts and complex negotiations.
• Utilizing their business acumen, they will evaluate incoming commercial offers and support the bonus/penalty evaluation process.
• Their sound understanding of the purchase order process will enable them to support purchase order creation and processing as appropriate.

• Experience in negotiating service contracts is desired (ex] reimbursable and fixed price)
• Ability to lead and influence others and demonstrated problem-solving skills with business value creation know-how.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to manage relationships with internal partners as well as suppliers.
• Must be team-oriented and capable of working in a multi-task environment with ability to make and implement decisions with limited information.

• Ability to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs.
