Cabinet Product Sales Specialist

Join our dynamic team at Rugby Architectural Building Products, a leading wholesale distributor of specialty building products with a presence in 29 branches across the United States.
We're seeking a talented and driven individual to fill the role of Cabinet Sales Specialist for our local market. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be instrumental in driving growth by promoting our cabinet products to commercial, industrial, retail, residential, and institutional clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive cabinet sales through strategic marketing campaigns, vendor relations, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with branch managers to implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Lead marketing initiatives to increase market awareness and drive demand for cabinet products.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities in commercial and residential sectors.
  • Make purchasing decisions based on forecasts and market opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the building products industry.
  • Strong capabilities with 2020 Design software
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage key accounts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to generating leads and opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel within the sales area
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
