Call Center Representative Rep II

Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls as trained and in a timely manner. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for positively engaging with potential and current customers, promoting our services, and closing the sale to achieve individual and company goals. Must provide an excellent experience to all callers.
The Representative II assists with training, mentoring and coaching team members to achieve and exceed sales goals. Responsible for enhancing the skills of our representative Is to ensure the overall success of the SRC.
