Responsibilities
Advanced Practice Provider - Structural Heart Cardiology:
Our team is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in partnering with our Cardiology team and making a positive difference in the lives of the patients and families which we serve.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Degree
- Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Exam through an accredited organization
- Licensed in the state of Washington prior to the time of employment
- DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
- Current BLS
Pay Range
$60.09 - $76.44 /hour
