JOB DESCRIPTION:
Encon Colorado is looking for hardworking individuals who are disciplined at getting tasks done. A concrete laborer is responsible for the following duties. Placing and tying rebar, forming, pouring, and finishing concrete. Keeping area cleaned up and will use various hand and power tools. This is a full-time position starting at 6 AM - 2:30 PM/3:00 PM. If you have precast concrete, heavy highway concrete and prestress/precast general labor experience is a PLUS. THIS IS NOT A TRAVELING POSITION.
Minimum Qualifications Applicable to All Workers

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must know basic hand and power tools.
• Must be able to tie rebar.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a citizen of the U.S. or legally permitted to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a drug screen and randoms.
• Must be flexible regarding hours able to work.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work 5 days per week, Monday through Friday. Including some weekends if needed.
• Must be versatile-able to shift from one task to another.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to work in a dusty environment.
• Must be able to abide by all current company policies and safety procedures.
• PREVIOUS PRESTRESS/PRECAST EXPERINCE IS A PLUS!!

Weekly pay starting wage $18.50-21/hr. - DOE (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE).
