We are seeking an on-site Construction Project Superintendent with structural steel project experience to oversee and manage a construction project located in Northern Kentucky. The ideal candidate will have experience managing various aspects of a large structural steel project to include coordinating with and managing the work of on-site subcontractors. Successful project completion could lead to additional assigned projects / long-term employment. Weekly per diem, monthly housing and car allowance are offered.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Review project plans, specifications, and schedules
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance measures are in place and followed
Skills:
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and project scheduling
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective project coordination abilities

Qualifications
