BC Forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative in Elk Grove Village, IL 60007
Title: Customer Service Representative
Contract role: 3 months
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL 60007
Monday to Friday
This role requires working in a fast-paced setting, where attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential. Ideal candidates will have experience in benefits administration, project management, or project coordination, and will possess strong customer service capabilities.
Experience in dynamic, customer-driven environments such as Target or Starbucks is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the open enrollment process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Coordinate and oversee enrollment-related projects, managing timelines and deliverables.
Provide high-quality customer service, assisting employees with questions about their benefits options.
Collaborate closely with HR and benefits teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Address concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in benefits administration, project management, or project coordination.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Retail experience (e.g., Target, Starbucks, or similar) is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication and organizational skills
