Seeking full-time receptionist for immediate placement in our dental office team. Ideal candidate must have knowledge of insurance, customer service, dental procedure codes. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills a must. Seeking a team player who is computer savvy. This job requires a professional dress-code and people skills.
This is a full-time position. The hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Long-term commitment preferred.

Receptionist responsibilities include:

• Scheduling appointments
• Updating patient charts
• Calculating co-pays
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Preparing & presenting treatment plans
• Dental billing

Position requirements:

• Must have good professional and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a team player, reliable, and honest.
• Prior experience as a dental/medical assistant is a plus. Training will be provided.

Experience :

• Dental Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 2 year (Preferred)
