About the Role:
As a Budtender, you’ll play a vital role in guiding customers through the range of cannabis products, answering their questions about strains, benefits, and consumption methods. You’ll ensure the store is well-organized, fully stocked, and compliant with all regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on safe, effective use of selected cannabis products.
• Recommend products based on customers' preferences, needs, and budget.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new cannabis products, industry trends, and methods of consumption.
• Accurately weigh, package, and label products following state and store guidelines.
• Process payments through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Verify customers’ legal age by checking identification documents.
• Take inventory and keep the sales floor well-stocked and organized.
• Ensure the dispensary is clean and welcoming for customers at all times.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age and pass a criminal background check.
• Prior Budtender experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis strains, medicinal benefits, and products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work full-time with open availability, including weekends.
• Must be able to commute to New Buffalo, Mi

Shift and Pay:

• Open Availability During Store Hours: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, with weekend availability required.
• Starting pay: $14/hr, plus tips paid bi-weekly.
