Lynch Creek Farm is a family-owned local business specializing in high-quality holiday evergreen products and gifts. As we continue to grow, we are in need of seasonal employees to help ship our products to happy customers all over the United States.
We are hiring for SEASONAL SHIPPER positions.
Who needs to go to the gym when you can work a physical job at Lynch Creek Farm! Do you overheat while working hard? We’ve got you covered in this unheated warehouse; you’re welcome. We try to make it a fun team environment and we want our crew to know they are appreciated.
Responsibilities Include:

• Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Safely working around machinery and forklift traffic
• Work as a team to fulfill orders
• Packaging and Product Handling
• Maintain an organized work area
• Taking direction from managers and supervisors
• Being able to lift 20 or more pounds

Job Description:
The shipping department will receive decorated wreaths and evergreen products from the production and design teams that are ready to ship out. We will add a final bow to most products and then place it in a bag. The bagged product will go into a labeled box, then continue its journey through a tape machine and into a truck to be stacked neatly. Our team will be divided into specialized positions to make all these steps work together efficiently and ensure each team member has the training and support they need to be successful.
We are looking for applicants who are available full-time from the end of October until mid-December.
Applicants must have 2 valid forms of identification, reliable transportation to work, and the desire to work for a great company with a great crew of co-workers.

This position starts at $18 per hour, paid each week.
