Location: Orlando
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a team of 30+ sales reps
Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team of field agents
Develop and implement effective canvassing and prospecting strategies to generate leads
Motivate and coach your team to achieve and exceed sales goals
Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative team environment
Drive sales growth through consistent fieldwork and lead generation
Monitor team performance and provide continuous feedback and development
Support regional growth and expansion efforts
