In search of a kick-a** Office Coordinator to join our team! The Office Coordinator runs the office operations and schedule by leading patients and the team, scheduling according to doctor recommendations, patient interactions, account reconciliation, and being a leader of the team. They are also responsible for keeping the practice vital and working closely with the owner to achieve practice goals.

The Office Coordinator Will:

Be the face of our Front Desk and welcome patients into the office
Receive incoming telephone calls, messages, mail and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service
Know and understand all operations of the practice
Perform data entry and collect payments - must be comfortable asking for money.
Contact patients to update their case files.
Order office supplies.
Record bank deposits and occasionally do bank drop offs.
Support the office in performing other related administrative duties

Requirements for this Position:
● Two or more years in a customer service, administrative or reception position (medical or chiropractic experience a plus!)
● Demonstrate competencies in the use of computers and software applications
● Knowledge of Google Docs applications
● Ability to lift 50 pounds
● Able to work in the United States
Full-Time Hours for this Position Are:

Monday 7am-7pm with long lunch
Tuesday 12pm-7pm
Wednesday 7am-2pm
Thursday 12pm- 7pm
Friday 7am-2pm
Very Occasional weekend hours for events and screenings that will be discussed and planned ahead of time and hours would be adjusted during the week to compensate for weekend time worked.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
