Job Overview:
Brentwood family is seeking a highly professional, reliable and caring Nanny to provide attentive childcare as they welcome in their new baby. Both parents have demanding careers and require a reliable caregiver to support the family. Big emphasis on keeping baby cognitively stimulated so they can learn as they grow. Must be a team-player and flexible as needed. Travel willing and ready is a must. Preference to bilingual candidates (French, Spanish or Mandarin)
Start Date: Mid-October but can be flexible for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility is the care of newborn.
• Maintaining knowledge of infant milestones and safety
• Children's laundry and keeping their belongings organized.
• Bathing and bedtime routines.
• Engaging with developmental activities. Tummy time, etc.
• Light household duties pertaining to the children. (The family has a housekeeper so heavy cleaning is not required)
• Driving children to and from activities

Requirements:

• Previous professional nanny experience
• Punctuality, reliability, and consistency are paramount.
• Warm, patient, soft-spoken, loving, and caring personality.
• Excellent communication skills; prompt notification of any schedule changes or illness is essential.
• Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and childcare best practices
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Reliable transportation to commute to the family's location

Qualifications:

• 10+ years Experience as a professional nanny
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong childcare references
• Clean background check + driving record

Schedule and Compensation:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings as needed. 40 hours from August - November; 50+ hours November onwards
• Rate: $30-40 ($65,000 - $80,000)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
