In order to expend our business, we set up a branch company in the Chicargo of United States to produce aerosol cans in Oct. Now we want to employ a genenal manager to help us manage our plant , we hope the person shall have working experience in the metal packaging industries.it will be more better to have experience in aerosol can making management, The General manager shall be in charge of following jobs:
1. Develop and maintain sales and marketing plans for the brand, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers
2.Preside over the company's daily operations and management, and organize and implement the company's annual operating plan
3.Responsible for profitability, growth and strategic direction
4.Effective strategic vision to create and improve production, quality, and labor force throughout the entire plant.
5. Lead and manage the business in a manner that will produce desired revenue growth with the balanced interests of all stakeholders.
6. Experience in Manufacturing and Product Engineering industries
7.Adjust the company's business direction according to market conditions to ensure the company's continued healthy development.
8. Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes and systems to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
9.Responsible for handling external business and conducting public relations activities on behalf of the company.
10 .Strong oral and written communication skills
Qualification and Experiences:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business required;
• 10+ years of plant operations, implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Excellent strategic and business mindset
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
