Job Summary
Hacienda Latin Restaurant & Bar is looking for an enthusiastic Host/Hostess to create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. You will manage reservations, seating arrangements, and ensure excellent customer service from the moment guests enter.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and manage the reservation system.

Organize seating and manage waitlists during peak hours.

Answer phone calls and assist with takeout orders.

Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions.

Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

Friendly and outgoing personality.

Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience with reservation software is a plus.

Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
