Job Summary
Hacienda Latin Restaurant & Bar is looking for an enthusiastic Host/Hostess to create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. You will manage reservations, seating arrangements, and ensure excellent customer service from the moment guests enter.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and manage the reservation system.

• Organize seating and manage waitlists during peak hours.

• Answer phone calls and assist with takeout orders.

• Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions.

• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

• Friendly and outgoing personality.

• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with reservation software is a plus.

• Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
