Experienced Full-Time Experienced Housekeeper Immediate Opening
Seeking a full-time permanent housekeeper to assist with daily operations and heavy apartment turn-over. Immediate hire.

Responsible for performing variety of turn-over cleaning duties including thorough cleaning of kitchen including appliances, bathrooms, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming and washing windows. Cleaning shall include floors, walls, fixtures as needed.
Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager which includes trash pick-up, clearing/cleaning hallways and laundry facilities.
Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager.
Ensure safe and orderly storage and use of cleaning chemicals, supplies and equipment.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Supervise temporary help during turn season.

Knowledge, Skills & Physical Requirements
Minimum 2 years cleaning/janitorial experience

Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.

Requires a high school diploma/GED.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, as well as accept direction on given assignment
Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
Bending, stooping and climbing (ladders, stairs, etc.).
Extended periods of walking.
Exposure to weather conditions.

Job location Charlottesville. Full-time permanent position includes benefits. Salary commensurate with experience.
