Job Description
Wheelers is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Generalist who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This role will support our diverse workforce and help manage various HR functions within our organization.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Support the recruitment and hiring process, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees
• Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns and providing support in both English and Spanish
• Assist in administering employee benefits programs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Translate HR-related documents, policies, and communications between English and Spanish
• Conduct training sessions in both English and Spanish as needed
• Assist with workers' compensation claims and other HR-related issues
• Support payroll processing and weekly time keeping adjustments

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an HR related role
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Fundamental knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in spreadsheets
• Ability to produce positive work references

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, typically 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Occasional flexibility may be required for special projects or events
