Job Type: Full-time/hourly
Total Compensation: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour

Repairs and occasionally installs new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Installs, repairs, adjusts, maintains, and troubleshoots walk-in freezers and coolers, make tables, refrigerators, and ice machines.
Performs scheduled preventative maintenance for all HVAC-R equipment.
Must be knowledgeable on all refrigerants related to refrigeration.
Inspects and performs equipment repairs and replacements.
Performs routine preventative maintenance.
Responds to emergency maintenance requests.
Demonstrates and promotes a spirit of cooperation and teamwork throughout the company.
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and safety practices.
Continually looks for ways to improve our processes and ability to serve our customers effectively.
Continually strives to improve personal performance. Takes an active role in seeking training or other opportunities for growth and development.
Does not divulge any confidential personnel and/or corporate policy.
Will not engage in gossip or other unprofessional conduct.
Ensures complete protection of customer’s property during installation of products.
Lifts 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Completes work orders, task lists and documents to verify work performed.
Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements.
Participates in the on-call rotation.
The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
This individual must possess the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization; as well as, external vendors, business contacts, existing customers, and potential customers.
The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
This is a “safety sensitive” position.
Regular attendance is required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Regular Attendance is an essential function of this job.
Qualifications/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
3 years’ experience in HVAC or other related fields.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
Must possess valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Overnight travel could be required occasionally.

Competitive pay.
Here at ASC, each pay period for payroll is the duration of 1 week. It begins on Wednesday and goes through the following Tuesday. All hourly positions here at ASC will be eligible for overtime, which includes any hours worked over 40 hours within the same pay period. Overtime also includes any time worked during a holiday or weekends (beginning at 12:00 AM Saturday).
75% of the employee’s Health Insurance paid by employer.
75% of employee portion of Dental Insurance paid by the employer.
