The Penny Ice Creamery is the only ice cream shop in Santa Cruz that makes ice cream completely from scratch in house using locally sourced and organic ingredients. We make unique flavors like Ballpark Peanut Brittle and Raspberry Rose! We make timeless flavors like Cookies n' Cream and Straight Up Strawberry, and our classics like Tahitian Vanilla Bean, Fresh Mint Chip, and Dark Chocolate.

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Ability to effectively communicate.
  
• Ability to work as part of a team.
  
• Ability to work alone/ unsupervised.
  
• Must have availability during the week, weekends and holidays on a reliable basis.
  
• Must be available to work 20 hours a week on a reliable basis.
  
• Preference will be given to individuals with experience in food service, although we will train the right person.
