Chelsea's Kitchen is hiring Part-Time PM Experienced Line Cooks who want to work with the highest quality ingredients and who take pride in upholding high standards with clean execution.
PM Shift - Must be able to work 3pm - 11pm during the Week AND Weekends; working 3pm - 11pm on Saturdays and Sundays is REQUIRED!
Chelsea's Kitchen has earned a reputation for making delicious food with quality ingredients from our scratch kitchen and for having a vibe everyone loves; making our restaurant one of the most sought after dining experiences in the Valley!
We are looking for Line Cooks who have at least 2 years of SOLID Line Cook experience in a fast paced kitchen; experience on grill and saute station is required! Must be able to work quickly and efficiently, as well as follow plate specs to the letter. Ability to temp proteins accurately and efficiently is required. Must have good knife skills. Must have good communication skills and must work well within a team and support the overall mission!
