Choice Party Linens is a growing, collaborative, fast paced, family owned business that prides itself on unparalleled service and quality for the Party Rental Industry. With over 32 years of experience, we provide a fresh and unique approach to linen rentals throughout the United States.
All new office employees complete paid training onsite through Choice University. Choice University entails a day on the road with one of our drivers and full warehouse training, including shipping and receiving. This training is designed to give you a full understanding of our business and how we operate. This is to ensure that you are as prepared as possible to begin training in the office as one of our Linen Rental Specialists.
Starting Rate: $16.00 hourly plus a monthly New Customer Bonus with the potential to become salaried for the right person

Responsibilities

Answering customer calls in an efficient, upbeat and friendly manner
Follow procedures to accurately process orders and communicate customer concerns
Data entry of email, phone and online orders
Efficiently perform all job duties in a fast-paced environment
Make calls from customer lists to generate new business relationships
Occasionally attend industry networking events and possibly attend trade shows
Willingness to perform a variety of duties within the warehouse as needed (May include quality assurance checks, assisting customers with pickups and returns, etc.)
