• 
  Perform regular upkeep of all exterior grounds including mowing lawns, trimming hedges and trees, planting flowers and shrubs

• 
  Inspect and maintain irrigation systems to ensure accurate functioning

• 
  Keep parking lots clean and free of debris

• 
  Repair or replace damaged signs or walkways

• 
  Assist with general maintenance tasks such as painting walls or repairing minor plumbing issues

• 
  Report any major repair needs to the appropriate supervisor in a timely manner

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in landscaping or related field preferred.

• 
  Shown experience in groundskeeping/maintenance role preferred but not required.

• 
  Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and equipment operation.

• 
  Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
