What You Will Be Doing:
In Demand Services is looking for a hard-working Manufacturing Janitorial Cleaner to join our team at a construction site. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the construction areas by performing various cleaning tasks. This role involves working in manufacturing or distribution centers as needed.

Work Environment: This position involves working in a construction site environment, which may include exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions. The role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting, as well as working at heights both indoors and outdoors, and in confined spaces.

Essential Functions:
Pick up and dispose of trash and construction debris.

Sweep and remove dust, dirt, and debris from floors and surfaces.

Operate cleaning equipment such as sweepers, vacuums, and pressure washers.

Perform cleaning tasks at various heights, using ladders or stairs as required.

Work comfortably in confined spaces when needed to ensure thorough cleaning.

Follow safety protocols and always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:
Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning roles, preferably in a construction or manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects up and down stairs.

Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various indoor and outdoor environments.
