We are seeking a Master Electrician (EL01 + AD) to work in the field and to work in the office. Our ideal candidate will be able to perform installations, submit permit documentation, meet with inspectors to finalize permits, train our team of Electrical Trainees and EL02s, and manage the Electrical team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a proven track record for high-quality craftsmanship.
Applying candidates must have an active WA-01 license with at least 5 years of experience as a Master Electrician.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of Electrical Trainees and (02) electricians to ensure that all electrical work complies with the electrical installation laws and rules of the state
- Coordinate needed inspections with appropriate parties for permitting approval
- Submittal of permit documentation
- Wire, mount, and construct needed electronics specific to the installation at hand
- Finalize construction of septic electrical installation to include trenching
- Ensure that the proper electrical safety procedures are used and assist business units with technical/electrical code support
- Perform Trouble Shooting and Diagnostics of Electrical Components related to Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Systems (Septic, Civil Construction Projects & More)
- Operate small and heavy machinery as needed
- Meet with customers and review septic plans and other details
- Collaborate with installation subcontract crews to finalize installations
- Communicate cross-functionally to ensure the quality of the final install
- Observe and obey company safety guidelines at all times
- Install New Panels, and Pumps to Electrical Systems related to Septic Systems & More
- Experience with Troubleshooting and Wiring Motor Control components
- Assist with performing Minor Plumbing and General Drain Cleaning Tasks as needed while On-Site w/ other technicians (Training Provided)
- Assist Septic Service Teams On-Site with Pumping/Repair of Septic Tanks as needed
- Work with Blueprints and Job Specifications
- Identity Proper Materials and Quantities for New and Existing Projects
- Complete Miscellaneous Job-Related Duties as Assigned
- Keep Company Vehicle and Equipment properly Serviced, and Clean
- Current Master Electrician (WA-01) license With All Admin Rights
- Valid driver's license
- 5+ years of working experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Innovative thinker with the ability to translate and execute strategic plans
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and test systems to ensure proper function
- Pass motor vehicle record (MVR) requirements for driver insurance policy
- MUST be a Minimum of 23 years of age (Insurability requirement)
- Pass pre-employment DOT drug screen
- Pass background check
- Ability to Operate Tools Necessary for the Job
- Attention to Detail
- Possessing a STRONG skill sets in: Leading a team, electrical code knowledge, blueprint reading, troubleshooting, organization, Communication,
- Experience with SERVICE TITAN software preferred
- Previous Septic Experience Preferred
Salary: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 Annually

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
