What to Expect
You'll be working Monday through Friday, with shifts starting as early as 7:00 a.m. or ending around 6:00 p.m., depending on the branch schedule. Additionally, you'll work 2-3 Saturday shifts per month from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Your first week will be a paid, 7-day orientation at our main branch in Jackson, MI, followed by six weeks of hands-on training at one of our Jackson County branches. During this time, you'll learn from an experienced Member Advisor and get comfortable with the day-to-day responsibilities.
Your Role
As a full-time Member Advisor, you'll help members with routine banking tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications. You'll play an important role in sharing information about our products and services to ensure our members are making the most of what we offer. You'll also stay vigilant for fraudulent transactions and follow compliance regulations to protect both the credit union and its members. Working with multiple technology platforms, you'll need to be comfortable navigating different systems at once.
