Membership Implementation Specialist

Join our team as a Membership Implementation Specialist and play a key role in ensuring smooth membership operations and exceptional customer service!
This full-time, non-exempt position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing top-quality service to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage membership database with accuracy and timeliness.
- Process membership payments and prepare cards for new members and renewals.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, greeting members, and assisting with payments.
- Collaborate with the Membership department to generate regular reports and provide updates to management.
- Assist in bulk mailings, event support, and various membership-related tasks.
- Serve as a backup for membership events and outreach initiatives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of office experience with strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, remain organized, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Experience with CRM systems and financial transactions preferred.
